csrss.exe taking up lots of memory

Yesterday my computer starting to slow down, I noticed that my csrss.exe is eating up about 50% of my cpu. I don't know what caused this, it certainly wasn't like this before.

I checked and it doesn't seem to be a trojan/virus - seems to be the windows system process. When I don't move my mouse the memory usage goes down, but as soon as I move it or do anything it jumps up.

I'm no computer expert so I have no idea what's going on or what to do rite now...:( I googled too but still couldnt solve it.

Anyone kind enough to help...any help would be greatly appreciated!

Then you have probably got some worms in the file. Use a good anti-virus or anti-spyware.
