Loose iPod Button

I just got a iPod nano the middle button is a little lose is this normal?

I am kinda confused on what ou mean by loose. If you mean moving a little side to side, then it should be OK. If you mean any other way, it would probably be best to get it replaced. If you bought it from the Apple store (Brick and mortar, not online), you can go in, hav them check it out, and if there is a problem, they will give you a replacement.
