RKLauncher .lang files

I'd like to make an Italian translation, but i don't know the files' format.

I tryed Unicode, HEX and plain text but... >_<

Can anybody help me? ^^

Edit a existing language file with Resource Hacker and translate each dialog/menu/... string - save/rename it...
