Running the desktop installer module

Hi, can someone please walk me through what I need to do to get this to work? I ran it once and it seemed to work fine, but when I try to run it again it doesn't work. Any help apperciated.

What is a desktop installer module?

there's a file in %APPDATA%/AveDesk with a .metadata extension I think. Delete it
