Thumbnail Icons in Windows

Here is an example.. The monitor looks very well in all kind of views and mine only in Mosaic... I have all the formats and I still cant make my icon look as the monitor:

Hmm, I too have experienced this problem--I heard it nevertheless has something to do with improper formatting of the different styles. I don't remember where I heard that, though, or even if it's true .

P.S: Maybe try encoding only up to 64*64?
