How to adjust the windows taskbar position

I use Objectdock, so i want to adjust windows taskbar's position to the top, like Mac

But I dont know how?

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

Right click on the taskbar

then un-check "Lock the Taskbar"

then drag the taskbar on the top and check "Lock the Taskbar" again
