Do you keep your desktop icons when running AveDesk?

This is just a question on how you guys use Ave Apps:

"Do you remove all the normal icons since you use Desklets with AveDesk?"

What i mean by that is since you only use these apps ( e.g. avedesk, sysstas, reklaucnher, etc.) ,do you use the normal icons anymore? or only desklets? or both?

And also.. if your computer bug and you have to close all the apps.. how do you open My computer, My documents and stuffs like that?

These are just questions like that to know ideas on how you use your comp.. cuz im afraid of when my comp just completely screwed up but i cant debug it.. lol(?)

There's no icons on my desktop, no taskbar either. Just AveDesk & DesktopX

I use Avedesk desklets on the left, and any regular desktop icons for my downloaded files etc appear on the right as normal.

I usually file those away as soon as they re downloaded tho, to keep a clean desktop.

On the occasion when Avedesk may crash, its a shortcut in my startmenu.

And if my mouse is over to the right I'll just use the Start menu , cos most of my main shortcuts are also there anyway. Saves having to move the mouse over to the left...that's not lazy is it?

You can use styler and "Align icons to the right"

I am officially an idiot, I meant to say left, (as meant by the 'as normal' comment).

Although yeah, Styler is one way of doing it, or the Desktop icons module for Avedesk, which converts desktop icons to desklets.

I didn't use icons before Avedesk and I don't have Avedesk shortcuts. But my desktop is a bit more full because there are other Desklets now =)

hey Zaft.. since you dont have any normal icons.. you do you remove the RECYCLE BIN!! i cent find a way to remove it and dont want to install any else progam.. i have avedesk + desktop + rklauncher already.. using quite a part of RAM

I recently started to use a dock...before that, nothing would show up. I am a really minimalistic person (when I can, nothing shows. my Fluxbox is always like that, just a wallpaper, and the magic starts with a right click )
