Alright you guys, after many server problems we've finally got them fixed. And the website is up and running! The downloads section isn't quite finished yet, but it should be within the next couple days.

No offense to anyone out there, but at chill entertainments site said that they made a state of the art navigation system, and a unique downloads section. I go to the site, and see a rip off of apple's navigation system (with the wrong fonts), and the downloads section looks in some ways like a rip of osx-e's, even some images are stolen.
You wouldnt want apple's lawers knocking on your door for stealing their site design.
I looked at some of their other projects, and even at their own site, and it looks like they are a little overzealous. They use pretty much the same forum style on all their sites, they leave some pages empty and missing.
For those in chill entertainment, build your skills a little more, and have diversity in your projects (the Aqua emulation sig and the chill emulation logo look awful similar.

Apple gave me permission to use the images from the Apple website. They said I can do anything I want; as long as it is pro-Apple.
I didn't steal osx-e's images. Please supply proof.

Your site's quite clean with a nice combination of brushed & aqua elements. If you've indeed received the support of the graphics utilized, more power to you & congratulations on a nice looking site.

I would say... there is nothing wrong is emulating... but please for apple's sake, use right font and get finesse in that website.

Sorry but I have to support Khalua on this one...to put it in more sophisticated words: your design is a terrible mix of brushed, aqua, old metal buttons, awful shadows (downloads section), terrible font styling (I was shocked when I saw FlyakiteOSX 3 teaser image), non-aqua icons (RSS), ugly, pixelated fonts on top buttons, typos in forums (site onwer, site adminisrator), jagged color transitions in Finder icon on forums header - I could go on for hours....man...Apple should pull your site down because what you did there insults their style and care for details. Your design looks like something thrown together really quickly without any thinking. I'm sorry but Khaula was right: it sucks big time.
And remember: this critique isn't pointed towards you, it's against what you did. Nothing personal

Nobody asking you to create a website. And, your website is designed by your Web Design company Chill Entertertainment right? So as a web design company, you should't ask people help to design your website. This is constructive criticism, hope you accept it

no offence but we dont need another emulation site....the people one the net will release things on one forum and not on another....and aqua emu will get diluted and less concentrated....this i think will eventually kill aqua emulation....(thats if apple doesnt do it first)

The more the merrier, I say. You have to remember that there's a lot of different aqua-modifying people out there, with different needs and preferences. I honestly don't believe that Aqua-Soft can cater for all these people. But that's just my oppinion.
