Dock customization help please!

Hi I am a **** to using aquadock as well as this site and i tried to search for this but with no avail.

Also im a little lazy and only spent like 10 minutes searching forums.

Anyway, Is there any way that i can customize my dock and/or my instant messanger icon so that the icon bounces or blinks or something when i have a message so i dont have to leave the boxes up all the time?

i am running Windows XP anddddd AOL Instant Messanger

there might be a program for this or something but im too stupid/tired/lazy to find it.

Any help appreciated

Haven't tried Aquadock but it sounds like it doesn't have that feature.

In fact, the only one I know of that will do that is ObjectDock.

But maybe that's just because that's the only one I use.
