Will FOSX make my computer sluggish?

Here are my system specs first of all. 2.667ghz Celeron D processor, 768mb ram (1x512mb,1x256mb) on board audio and video cards.

After installing the flyakite os my computer seems sluggish, and appears like it has trouble searching for files, as if they were moved or something. I hardly have anything on my computer and I use several programs to increase performance and get rid of clutter that may bog down my system. I was wondering if this program is to graphically demaning for the on board video card or if it is just a matter of making sure that the program knows where to search for files. thanks for any help.

This happened to me before but i did not have Flyakite OS X installed. Press ctrl+alt+delete to open up Task Manager. Go to "Process", then find a program that is using a lot of memory usage which is represented "Mem Usage" on the top. Remember that in the "Users Name",it should say "Owner". If you close a "System" or "Local Service", application, it can cause more problems to the computer.

Thanks for the idea though, I tried this before and the only thing that takes up the most processing power is the idle process, but three other programs are at a 2 or 3

I'm not sure exactly. It was probably all of them.

I fixed the problem, I restored my whole computer re- downloaded everything I had then downloaded FOSX. I think something in the registry was slowing everything down.
