Problem after uninstallation process

Help, I unistalled flyakiteOSX and my computer has gone crazy I am sure it is registry related and I want to reformat my system. The problem is that one of the problems I am having is that I cant drag/drop, copy, send or do anything to any of the files on my system so I can't back anything up before erasing the drive. The system restore function no longer works and I am completely out of options. Any suggestions?

How did you go about "uninstalling" Flyakite??

I used the uninstaller, I checked off all of he boxes on the wizard.

Try installing it again. Then use the method given in the FAQ on flyakite's site (if it installs successfully).
