Does anyone know anyone from Stylebuilder or TGTsoft..??

I have no idea where else to put this request.

About 2 weeks ago, I had to reformat my system as I got the new one. I have since been emailing them for a new key to match my new hardware number. I sent them my order number, all pertinent info and my new hardware key as instructed but have heard nothing back from them. I'd hate to think this is how they do business and have ripped me off.

Anyone know anybody there??

UPDATE: I threatened them with going on every board I could find and posting this disturbing info and voila!! got my key in the mail not 1/2 hour later..

Uhh, there are "solutions" for a problem like this. I'm not going to say anymore than that.
