Mac OS X features

hi im a new member and have been using flyakyte for about a week. however, 3 things bother me, first of all, the start bar, where can i get the one with all the edditional tabls like file etc.

secondly, those large icons, more specifically the hard Drive one that shows the amount of space use up,

and thirdly, the minimize, close wtc buttons are on the right and not on the left

any help with these feature and where i can get them?

i dont knwo about software such as windows blinds etc, because i heard they were memory hogging programs.

anyways, any help appreciated
