I forgot, but you cannot insert that icon into the dll, it is too wide.
You need the version from y's toolbar.
DO a search on this forum, this was a hot topic months ago.
Three Drives do you remember the title of the topic as I search but to no avail.

Try powercfg.cpl
I think it's called Batmeter.dll
Did You find that thread? Ive got the Same Question.

Iceman which dll file change what I asked at the begining of my post?
I ment the Question by Andykap.
Well. If you're talking about the "view" button (the Windows counterpart) actually it's not an icon, it's part of a BMP strip. You can find it in Shell32.dll and it's the BMP number 204 (205 for mouse over state) and 214 (215 for mouseover state).
Now, if you're talking about how to achieve that look, the best thing to do it is using a Y'z Toolbar theme, since in the original strip you can't use anything bigger than 24 px. Goku made an excellent Y'Z toolbar theme that includes it.
I've hosted it for you guys: Link
