(so i can finally own a mac and all the pleasures that come with it (OSX and iApps) and then get boot camp and magically acquire all windows software ...ie-half life 2)

umm guess what! im getting one!!! my parents have agreed to pay about half, and i'm likely to get it within the month, based on the fact im needing one more and more for school and then uni in a years time...
because im virtually broke though its an IOU for my cash side of the deal, but they understand that and i live up to my promises. Im getting a job in the hols to pay off.

Hahaha..... well i am a dreamer, but im not damn stupid. The ones i recieved were luring people with money only....
Heck if some African guy was giving me that much money i wouldnt use it to buy a laptop (chances are their economy couldnt afford one anyway- i dont mean that in a racist way) instead i'd send the cash back to Africa in the form of aid.

hmm... that's right what you said !!! My Brother was in nigeria for few years, working at some factory as Plant Manager... so I've heard stories about poverty there.
