task/menu bar stays at bottom

hey,

i just installed this skin, loving it except i don't know why my taskbar stays at the bottom?

anyone know how i can move it to the top?

Right click, Uncheck "Lock taskbar," drag to the top, Enjoy it. Oh yeah and remember to "Lock taskbar" once you're done.
