The MegaManEffect For Windows

Ok, when I first saw the mega man effect for Mac on attack of the show, I was amazed. I also was outraged because it seemed that nobody wanted to make a windows version.

Now that has changed!

What does it do, you ask? Well, if you remember the classic Mega Man games, you remember that after you picked a level, it would show a cool little scene with the main boss from that stage and play a little sound effect.

This program makes it so that whenever you open a program it does just what it did when you chosse a stage in Mega Man 2.

Yeah, it may not be useful, but to one such as myself...it never gets old...

It doesn't work for me, when I launch a program after enabling it, the icons on the desktop are flashing and then I get an error message and--- it doesn't work
