wait so when your making a partion for windows, you have to delete osx in the process just to install vista? after you install vista i guess you can reinstall osx too. correct me if im wrong.
I know that some people do some things just to say the they can be done, but why would someone install any version of Windows on a Mac? The main reason you get a Mac is to use Mac OS X, not to install freakin' Vista or XP on it.
Mac is able to create partitions that DO NOT IN ANY WAY ALTER the existing Mac OS X partition. As for running XP or Vista, it's for games, technical software, and design compatability testing.
Here here Mouse! I'm counting down the days till I don't have to be completely win-centric (well, save for gaming, that is).
Don't worry about Vista, Apple already did it!

awesome. all the more reason to buy a mac. you get the best of both worlds.
