Milqu Objectbar ?

Hey A-S dudes. I'm just curious if anyone knows a link to the Milqu objectbar... I downloaded Kavin's pack but the OB doesn't load for me, says it's missing the theme ? If someone out there can help it would be appreciated. Thanks.
