Maybe that this is possible by deleting the Menu which contains these with ResHacker, but I dont think that works.
well...i think there is a app called iHide that totally kills the menus. Or you could use object bar for 20 $. The best way in my opinion, (remember to back up your files) is described here:

What if we dont want the bmp in there. That tutorial still doesnt distinguish where exactly the step is that removes the "file view", etc.
You can't completely remove the menu without any external programs.
The best you can do is to collect all the items in the default menu (file, edit, view etc) into a single button.
