Some windows don't minimize to launcher

Some windows don't minimize to launcher. The latest build of firefox doesn't minimize to launcher, am I doing something wrong? Also, when I use the 'minimize all' icon or WINDOWS + M, they all minimize to taskbar. Point of rk to me is to get rid of taskbar, but in that case I have to get back the taskbar to get all the windows back. Any option for that or will this count a request for future releases?

Hey,man. Thunderbird 1.5.02 dont minimize. Use version RK Launcher 0.4 Beta what contain in flyakite osx 3.5.Also trouble with itunes 6.0.4.2. when window of program is large.Minimize only in miniplayer sign.
