Why do you need a psd file? Why don't you use any PNG about it and just delete the eyes and the mouth...?

I want a more quality image with the seperate parts as seperate layers instead of just taking an exsisting one and cutting it down in sections...it probably wouldn't look as good.

Make sure you're registered first at Applenova, then download the attachments a bit further down at this page. One of them has a 450x450 PSD of the Finder icon.
