I think that Apple logo on start button needs more contrast in relation of taskbar. Everything else 9/10.

To be honest, it doesnt really look like ruler-aero. It just looks like ruler from duyvan32. I extracted the windowtop frame from the original GUIkit in case you need them.
If you want to have the "finder buttons" placed in the aero transparency it will be good to see BZ's WB themes. BZ has a substyle called "preferences" and it contains extra buttons linked to vbs files for certain actions. If you can do the same thing for this particular theme, then you could place the buttons over the transparent area like in ruler-aero.
Keep it up, I know you will get a better preview next time

Looks very nice, but how can we get the visual style like that.
I like Julieta's pointers... Also, the rounded corners of your windows seem to be sorta jaggedy---if you're making this for WB, you ought to take advantage of the ability to do antialiased corners.
