The European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market denied Microsoft the registration of a trademark for the "Segoe" font for its upcoming Vista OS. "Segoe" has been found absolutely identical to Linotype's Frutiger Next.

Yawn... they didn't get caught doing anything.

They produced a font that was so close to another font that it was declared identical.. even though minor difference can be found.

How many other fonts are out that that look EXACTLY like other fonts...???
