"Earth" Wallpaper

I have been looking for space wallpapers, but recently I saw this one on the Apple website:

Does anyone know where I can find it?

i could be wrong, but isn't there a screensaver like that for mac? it's possible thats what they are showing, not a wallpaper

That's from the Cosmos screensaver. Someone around here extracted the image resources at one time.

It's not the same picture. It may be something Apple did for themselves, or are perhaps commercial walls like the skylines used on the previous cinema displays were. No wall in OS X Tiger or Screen Saver has it.

Ahh... looked familiar.

You could always go to geos.NOAA.gov or NASA/JPL and look for satelite images to download.

They have some pretty cool shots. Probably where Apple got it from anyway.
