Opening file/folder/avedesk icon/RKlauncher shortcut in Nexplorer

I know there have been some of these threads before but I do not understand the ones I have found like:

My question is, could someone tell me how to get my files/folders/whatever to open in nexplorer, I read all the threads and I do not understand them at all. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how todo it that I can understand really easy...

I guess I would like to know too if this will work with AveDesk and or RKLauncher, because I want the files in my dock to open in Nexplorer too, but I don't know how todo any of that....

PS: Sorry if this seems to be the wrong place for this, I really sat here for about an hour thinking if it was more of a nexplorer thing or a windows file thing..
