Hello there fellow aqua people:), my desktop is usng the default wndows xp and I would really like to use a mac isual style, my Uxtheme is patched and also I am very skeptical about Visual styles, if they are not perfect then I will definitely be dissapointed:( Any ideas on what you think is the best?

Just try them. If you don't like them delete them. There are more threads like this.

Who cares about that? Try them and if you don't like it, make something better.
Also there is no "best Mac VS" as each is different and with such vague question nobody can give you any suggestions.

KoL's Tiger skin is awesome, and if isn't "perfect" enough for you.... you can always mod it to make it suit your needs 
I'm using Tiger by KoL with WindowBlinds. It's for me the best Aqua Visual Style
Edit: Not really up to date... 
yea KoL's is pretty good, and you know i dont mean it has to be PERFECT not even the windows xp default is perfect, just to the point where it only has around one or two bugs, trust those kinds of Visual Styles exist take my word for it

Well, if you want it to be identical to Tiger, KoL's is one of the best. Dobee also has a pretty good one. I can't be bothered to find them right now, but they're out there. if you want styles that are in the Aqua vein, but are unique, the Eternal series is one of the best.

Best thing is, Eternal Aqua is better than better Aqua. Get that, and be happy...

I don't really like KoL's Tiger theme. I mean it has no bugs and all.. but I HATE that font with a serious passion. For me, it's definetely either the Acua 1.0 ported GUIKit, or Dobee's new Tiger theme, Tiger V.

Well...call me old fashioned but the Iceman's Jaguar is superb...Although I'm enjoying modded Graphite Pro.
I also think that the skins from Iceman are the best! I am using this style for 2 years and I have not found a better one

I'll second that, dobee's latest (TigerV) runs great on my XP machine. I really like the Tiger style, I run UNO on my OS X machine as well.
Samui and Fantastic are both very good styles, but there are so many, it really is hard to put your finger on just one or two.
Like mentioned earlier, just try as many as you can find, and if you don't like it, delete it.

Everybody says Kol, but no way, I believe people like his themes only because other people do. Kol's themes look NOTHING like real OSX. Nothing at all. Please people, remember that.
The best, most perfectly done theme I have used is TD4 Panther by Three Drives. If you use it you can really see that evrey single element from the buttons to the progressbar has gone through an immense perfectionalisation(?).
It is the most accurate mac theme. For example it is the only theme with pixel perfect mac window title bar corners and aqua buttons. This will tell you how far Three Drives went in his pursuit of mac pixel perfectness: The action button texts use shadows to approach Apple font shapes. The real apple OSX font cannot be emulated on windows, one size is too small the next one up too large. Three Drives was clever enough to add shadows to the smaller font so that they perfectly resembled the Mac font. Here's where it gets crazy: dark blue shadows for blue live buttons and grey shadows for inactive buttons. A work of complete obsession.
It is the only theme where when you use it you get an overwhelming sensation that it was a labour of love of a skinning genius.
It is the most underrated win mac theme ever.
