Windows Error Reporting

Right every time a program crashes, no matter whether i am connected to the internet or not, the windows error reporting dialogue turns up. i understand how annoying this can be, and probably how useless it is, but sometimes it can help solve a few problems.

The only problem is when i press send error report on my computer, it doesnt send the error report. instead it tells me that an active internet connection is required, and tells me to connect to the internet. Even if i am obviously connected to the internet (downloading, browsing etc.) the box pops up, with two options, OK and Cancel. Both of these just close the box and the offending program, and dont really help at all.

how do i fix this problem, it used to work before

OR how do i turn the error reporting off?!

SliWoady is right. You can turn off Error Reporting. It's in System Proprities.

i know you can turn off error reporting, but isnt it better that it works and is on?
