I just got this e-mail from Apple... Mac OS 10.3.0 willl ultimatly be relesed to the public... Monday, June 21st, 2003, Panther will be relesed..

Here's the e-mail.

On Monday, June 23, Steve Jobs kicks off WWDC with a 10:00am keynote

presentation. And that's just the beginning. Each attendee receives

a preview copy of the next major release of Mac OS X, access to more

It says a 'preview' release will be released to developers, not the public :)

But it will be leaked that night, so I guess 'to the public' is right ;)

Yes, for god's sake, Panther is only being previewed! Everyone (not just here, but at Spymac as well) seems to think they will be able to go out and buy a copy of Panther on Monday. Nope, sorry. And even when (yes, when) some developer puts 10.3 up on LimeWire, I won't be installing it for the pure and simple fact that it's a preview (and likely pretty buggy)

Yeah, they did the EXACT same thing last year at WWDC :)

A full release of 10.3 will prolly come late August early September.
