Aqua-Soft ForumsThis stinks. Awhile back I reduced how big it magnifies to 128 so it would go a bit faster. Now instead, the darn bar is really rough about magnifying. I used to have it on 'best blend' mode and GDI+. On that setting it roughly and sloooowly magnifies. So I tried the lower setting (not the jumpy one, the one in between it and the best blend). It jerks, but not *QUITE* as bad as the jumpy one. But just about as bad.
Point is, no mater what I do with it, I can't get it to magnify smoothly anymore. No matter what it's at it's rough about it.
I tried setting the magnification size back and it still doesn't fix it.
The normal size is 48 px. and the magnify is at 128, and used to be at 192.
I haven't changed any of my system specs or installed anything that affected it (and believe me, I checked), and my specs, though wimpy, are as follows.
1 Ghz Celeron
192 MB of RAM
ATI Rage Pro, 8MB
Yeah, like I said, weak specs, but that darned OD went smooth as buttah on them anyway. Or, used to.
And my otehr problem is, the font and notification style won't stick. About every couple of weeks,after a reboot, it resets to the glow effect and tahoma font. It won't keep my LucidaMAC/jump effect setting.
But my primary issue is the not-one-bit smooth motion it's doing to me. Anyone know how I can resolve this? It seems to be just my account with this problem-it works fine in the other ones, and it used to on mine, too. There aren't any programs on in my account that aren't in the others at startup that would do it, either.
