I ma thinking of changing my server. I need a good free server for site building/ the one that lets me use html. Iwant to copy html from dreamweaver and post it in a server.
aslo if U know a program which I can download which is similar and powerfull as adobe products for web site building. please recommend me some.

I think your understanding of web technologies need some work. Nearly All public servers will display .HTML pages; one "posts" something on a server by uploading via FTP or some other transfer protocol.
When you say "site building," I believe you're asking for a host that will let you create a free web site, not anything else.
Dreamweaver is the industry standard for web site building, though many use a simple text editor.
