good release-- In general, I wish more PSDs would be released. I think it's one of the best ways to pick up techniques. (coming from a photoshop n0 0b)

sweet nice job.. hey just thought i would say if you use the blur tool to transition the bright red and dark red parts it makes it look more realistic as it is now it looks like the bright red and dark red are separate this is what i mean

You can see the blur though. At least I can around 10 o'clock & then 2 o'clock?

I understand your concern, however, that's not how the button is shaped.
See there? There is a depth to the button, it isn't all round.
