Looking for Microsoft dock Icons

Can someone tell me where I can download Microsoft Dock Icon....???

click on the Magnifying glass and type "Microsoft Icons"

where do I find this "Magnifying glass"..cause I right clicked on the dock and went to the "setting"...

and then "Behavior"..and then to "Show new applications"...and it gave me a new icon with a "Magnifying glass " but when I clicked on it..notiing is working???
