Some programs do not load

Since I've downloaded Flyakite, some of my programs won't load. Mainly I get this problem when opening Ares (the P2P program). It's running, but I cannot see the application. It comes up in RKLauncher as a screenshot, but when I click on it, nothing shows up. I get this problem with MSN as well, but it usually resolves itself. With Ares, I've tried reinstalling the program, but it does not fix the problem.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

when you say some programs dont load is it only ares? cos if it is then its an isolated problem and well cant help you much
