Importing songs to iTunes

iTunes is a really great media player,

but i dont like about it is when i import .wma, ... its has to be in .mp3 format, put in another folder.

Is there a way to make iTunes put the converted files to the same folder and may be automatic delete the .wma file?

btw: is there any plugin to play .asf file in iTunes?
