Can't mount an idisk

Ok, I've gotten a .mac account and am trying to mount an idisk. I've tried two ways and both have been unsuccessfull. First, I downloaded from apple the iDisk Utility installer for Windows. I ran that, entered my data (username/password), and the progress bar advanced a ways, then paused for a minute or two and then a message came up saying, "Failed to Mount iDisk."

I aslo tried it by going to to the Tools menu in Explorer, to Map Network Drive. I specified a drive letter, and then entered the folder info: idisk.mac.com[my username]. Clicked Finish. Up then came a window asking me for my username and my pasword at .mac. I entered both, but every time I clicked OK, the same box reappeared with the password field blank, as if had entered the wrong password. (I hadn't.)

Does anyone recognize what the problem might be? Could it be something to do perhaps with my firewall (ZoneAlarm)?

Thanks!
