Yeah I think there are lots of people who realy want to make one out there, but havent ben properly motivated by being asked if they would like to.

Then i second it. I formally request someone to make an iPhoto skin for picasa 2. It would be so damn cool. I dont know the foggiest idea how, but if there is someone out there, PLEASE!!!!!!!!

the problem is that the file with the ressource is in a unknown file type and compressed. so first we'd have to find a solution how to extract the ressources...

Yep, it's completely impossible to get at the resources until we find out how they were packaged in the first placed. Nothing on my system will do it. PE explorer and everything lesser just comes up a blank.

It's an issue I'd like to try to solve, but I just have no idea where to start. Typing the file-type into google brings up a few results, but no hint as to what can be used to unpack the resources, and changing file type has no effect.
