For peoples that don't know how to install :

Download the MultiPlugin first http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=32733 , then close iTunes and install it.After the installation you just put the file you have downloaded to c:Program FilesiTunesSkins ... Now launch iTunes and go in the options , there you have a new page called Multi-Plugin. Click first on "Keep the buttons on the right side" and then choose the skin and click on OK.

That's it ^^
