It's wierd. I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I was just wondering if someone knew where I could download loops of ambient sound, like they (used to?) have on those radios that you can fall asleep to. You know, like waves on beaches, jungles, rain, and stuff like that. But I really don't want to have to pay for them, so any links would be really cool.

It's not a nature sound, and you'd have to pay for it, but "Leaving Hope" by Nine Inch Nails is such a beautiful song, no words, just music, and it's perfect for this kind of thing.

Becareful while listening to running water sounds... bad things might happen.
If you're having trouble sleeping, i think you want to be looking at what you're eating, drinking, doing rather than trying to find other ways to help you sleep. Coffee, tea, lots of coke etc. isn't great for sleeping. Try cutting back just for a little while and you'll probably feel better. Also, if you can, eat healthy, it makes a huuge difference. And try and do something every day that will tire you physically. Personally, i like hockey (not the icey variety, the other one 
). Maybe you've already tried all this, but either way, hope i can help.

PS: don't download those... lol -.- i searched rainforest on limewire and found good 20 minute loop....
run them in ashampoo and loop them lol
