The only programs I know of that will rollup windows ala Mac are WinRoll and WB. You can't customize Winroll to use a different mouse button, so unless you want to buy WB, you don't have any other options.

I know with some higher-end mice, the software included with the drivers allows you to set certain actions to all the different buttons on the mouse. As for something universal, I'm not too sure about that one.

No, but it can assign an action to the titlebar.
WinRoll. right click rolls up, middle click makes semi transparent. It's perfect.
i just use my video card =] i can add buttons with nVidia's nView
