Can I use your WinRAR theme in my freeware program?

I like your art and I have a simple program named PIMPLE - file compressor with high compression ratio. Basically this program under active development stage, but today this program needs better graphics. So, can I use your WinRAR theme in my freeware program?

I'm talking about WinRAR skin from FlyakiteOSX v3.5. (Green colored zip-top)

Basically I need just these:

Main icon (16x16,[24x24],32x32,48x48)

Three images for toolbar (Open, Save As, Settings), dimensions: 32X32 (or 24x24 or 16x16)

It's not flyakite's WinRar theme. However, I can't seem to find exactly who created it by looking at the Credits on his site--perhaps send him an email? I don't think he'll respond promptly as he seems to be taking a vacation of sorts...
