Not sure if that's possible; if you're able to edit the polls then you can edit the numbers in the polls too, and that's not fair .

As a mod I have that privilege too, and it's an enormous responsibility. You wouldn't believe what a temptation it is to create a poll saying "What do you think of NC" and changing the "Cool" vote to 20000. .
