Buddy Contact List

i'm looking for a transparent Buddy list (miranda list), i mind those i see in your desktops.

You can make one yourself. Find a clist_modern or clist_nicer skin you like, and just mod the pngs they use for the theme to be more transparent. Alternatively, you can set contact list transparency in Miranda.

Can't be done as an AveDesk widget that I know of, you actually have to use Miranda.

1) Can't be done in AveDesk, or no one is willing to try.

2) Look into usage of clist_nicer and clist_modern. There are a few skins here you can try out, and many more on the Miranda forums/file listings.
