have you thought about asking a sales person to show you one out of the box? they might accomodate you if they think you'll buy one. but yes it does look uncomfortable, not really hand fitting :/. good luck with it
.
Google : optical mouse by starck review.
If want a good looking mouse, but don't need/want latest Tilt-Wheel technology and better resolution, go for it! hmm thinking of the Apple MM, don't know the price diff...
You can get more bang for the same buck, but with a lack of design. (if bang means performance)
DAMN! I hope he got paid for this!:
warning: that paint on it wears out too easily. i've seen horrible pics of those mice after usage :
I tried it in a store and I noticed that its real easy to by accident press a mouse button. The buttons are the whole side, when you rest your hand on it (or try to move the cursor around) you end up pressing the buttons and its real annoying. If you don't use your mouse by holding it between your thumb and 3d finger you got a problem.
I've been using one for almost a year, and it feels ok. Haven't had any problems with accidental clicks or paint wearing out.
Also, the orange (or blue) light makes it useful to find it in total darkness situations.
looks like ish
Looks nice, but the Laser 6000 series from Microsoft really rocks!
