I've lost all my icons !!!

Hello everybody !

Since 4 days, i use Flyakite OSX (it's marvellous), without encountering any problems.

But today, i've tried to add some icons to iColor Folder, and i've downloaded a additionnal pack from the iColor website. After unzipping, I chose a new icon theme and when I've doubleclicked on it, all my icons disappeared !

On my desktop, there are only item's names, but no icons. In the Start Menu, there is a big black block instead of shortcuts.

Unfortunatly, there is no restore point on my computer, i've disabled it and I forgot to enable later...

Can somebody give me some help ?

OMGWTFBBQ!!!!

this happened to me along time ago, i think the only way to restore your icons is to remove iCon Folder, not all icons should be invisible just folder icons, if all icons are invisible another app must take the blame

thanks for your answer, Austin, but I've tried to uninstall iColor folder, and my icons are still away...

Maybe try rebuilding your icon cache and see what happens. (Use TweakUI)

OK, maybe my thread isn't in the good folder, Unbeliever. If you think it's better to but it in another part of the forum, there's no prob for me !

I've tried to rebuild my icon cache with TweakUI, but nothing new happens...

It was a good idea...

What can I do ?

Try uninstalling FlyakiteOSX using the method detailed at the very top of the FAQS on his site. (Menubar-->FlyakiteOSX-->FAQ)

Just a hunch, may not even pan out.
