Sure you can Behelit, use IEview...not sure there's a GANT skin for that yet, but there are plenty of other ones around. They're written with CSS and HTML

Jim Phelps is a pretty good coder. We've also had a few releases here (search for miranda, and some stuff SHOULD be under Application Skin Releases).
