[Bug] Concerning New Guidelines Button

This might have to do with the new Guidelines button, but when I resize my Firefox window to a smaller size, this is the outcome:

yeah, I am able to reproduce this.. The LogOut but for some reason jumps to the next line while the other buttons don't.

I see the Log Out button moving, but the rest of the page is still fine when I downsize my Firefox window.
