how can i save it or view it again offline?

Internet Explorer:
Tools > Options > Temporary Internet Files Section, Settings > View Files, and find the swf there
Firefox:
Right click on the page, View Page Info, Media Tab, find your flash movie there, and you should be able to save it to your harddisk.
Yeah, but I read somewhere that there are SWF decompilers that will reconstruct the original FLA. Are these illegal? If their not, whats a good one?
SWF decompilers are not illegal, but what you do with them may be.
Respect people's copyright & intellectual properties.
The majority of decompilers out there are also commercial programs.
Again, respect copyright laws.
I think he only wanted to be able to view them again online, no?

Decompilers cannot always reconstruct a FLA successfully.
And Flash designers who don't want their code stollen, sometimes try to make it harder for others to steal their work by using multiple swf files instead of a single one, confusing variable names and other techniques.
