Why don't you go to the ShellWM website?
Just modify the skin yourself. It's not all that hard... I did it.
BTW, hwere did you get that skin from? (The ShellWM and the Visual Style)

I use iTunes (Brushed Theme) as Visual style with BrushedBlue skin for ShellWM.
