Help with firefox

Hi guys could someone tell me how i go about making my firefox like this, i have the graphite pro skin but the person here seems to have made the width between the start menu and the top of the browser smaller . Any advise would help

Drag the buttons, url bar, search bar, etc. up to the empty "file, menu, etc" bar and close the navigation bar.

Edit: Make the tabs match up by adding the following to your userchrome.css file above the @namespace line
